Appointments

I am available for in-person and online consultations where we can strategically plan how to optimise your physical and mental health.

If there are multiple areas of your life that you would like to address, I would recommend booking a full day session. During this, we could go for a walk, meal prep, do a workout, or create art. These are just some ideas for holistic activities that we could do together.

 

I can support you with goals that you have been meaning to achieve, whilst discussing how to become a healthy and happy activist!
