I am honoured to share with you a project which is extremely close to my heart! I have used my experiences within general practice, psychiatry, and as a vegan activist to compile a handbook for vegan activists.

Activism should be fun despite the challenges ahead of us. There are easy ways that we can reduce the burden on our mental and physical health. You are not alone in these experiences, so let’s figure out how to navigate this journey together! I want you to remain motivated within vegan activism, whilst taking care of yourself on the way.
